NOTICE: For any clients or visitors to our i-Facial clinic who have a disability, regrettably the clinic room and toilet facilities are on a first floor with only a flight of stairs for access. If you are unable to use the stairs without assistance, I would like to recommend an alternative aesthetic clinic - The Gardens Dental Practice, Dorchester which has ground floor facilities. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Chaperone Policy - If any clients would either like to have a Chaperone present during their treatment or would like to bring a friend to support them during their treatment then David at iFacial is more than happy to facilitate this.

Complaints - In the untoward event of anyone being unhappy with the treatment or service received at I-facial Aesthetics there is a complaints procedure in place or clients are able to contact Cosmetic Redress to raise any issues.
